What is Kundalini Activation?

Kundalini Activation is a process that awakens dormant energy at the base of your spine, allowing it to flow through your chakras and bring about physical, emotional, and spiritual transformation.

What can I expect during a Kundalini Activation session?

Experiences vary, but many participants report sensations like tingling, heat, cold, emotional release, and a deep sense of relaxation or bliss. Some may experience spontaneous movements, visions, or insights.

How many sessions do I need?

This varies for each individual. It depends on where you are at in your healing journey and how much you can open yourself and surrender. Your nervoussystem needs to feel completely safe in order to release emotions and trauma.


For some people its easier than for other ones. Some feel significant changes after just one session, while others prefer regular sessions to deepen their experience and continue their healing journey.

Is Kundalini Activation safe?

Yes, when facilitated by a trauma-informed practitioner, Kundalini Activation is a safe and natural process. As a practitioner, I don’t give you energy—I activate your own life force energy.


Your energy knows exactly where you are in your healing journey at any given moment and will meet you there. It will never push you beyond what you’re ready for. It won’t go any further than your body is prepared to hold. It’s you facing you — nothing to be afraid of.

What is the difference between a Group Kundalini Activation & a Private Kundalini Activation?

Both group and private Kundalini Activations have their benefits, and the right choice depends on your personal needs:


Group Sessions are ideal for regular participation and collective energy work to awaken your life force. They’re perfect if you’re comfortable releasing emotions in a group setting.


Private Sessions offer a more tailored experience, with my undivided energetic attention focused entirely on you. We can work deeply on specific blockages, emotional wounds, or physical challenges. This intimate setting allows for deeper healing and a more personal connection, especially if you're facing major concerns or wish to dive deeper into your energy work.

There’s no right or wrong choice—it’s all about what feels best for you! If you're unsure, try a group session first and see how it resonates.

What should I do to prepare for a session?
  • Avoid caffeine for at least 4 hours before the session.
  • Have the session on an empty stomach (last meal 2hours before)
  • Wear comfortable clothing.
  • Set an intention for what you'd like to release or receive during the session.
  • The session takes place lying down; use a firm surface like a yoga mat for support.
  • An eye mask is recommended to enhance relaxation.

For online sessions:

  • Ensure you have a device with a camera (laptop, tablet, or smartphone).
  • Consider using headphones for better sound quality.
What happens after a Kundalini Activation session?

Unlike yoga or meditation, where you actively participate, in Kundalini Activation, you simply lie down, close your eyes, and allow the energy to flow. There's no need to "do" anything—just receive.

When will my body move?

Kundalini Activation releases old, heavy energies that can weigh you down mentally, emotionally, or physically. Movement is just one sign of energy release, but it’s not always the case.


Often, the signs are subtle—like warmth, chills, a tear, or a deep sense of peace.


There’s no right or wrong way. Your body moves when it feels safe to let go, and this can take time.
